Short description
The course "Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Stress Management in the Classroom" is designed for teachers who wish to strengthen their own wellbeing and create a calmer, more positive and more cooperative learning environment.
The course combines mindfulness, stress management, positive communication, wellbeing activities, gentle movement and practical strategies that can be used in the classroom.

Location
Volos and Pelion. Depending on the Association's planning and the course calendar of each period, the course may also take place in other regions of Greece.
Certificate and mobility documentation
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance from European Pathfinders upon completion of the course. Where applicable, Europass Mobility documentation may be supported in cooperation with the sending organisation and according to the requirements of the mobility.
Who this course is for
This course is suitable for teachers across all educational levels, adult educators, special needs teachers, teaching assistants, school managers, vocational education professionals, student teachers and professionals interested in wellbeing, stress management and the improvement of the learning climate.
Course aim
The aim of the course is to help teachers better understand sources of stress, strengthen their own self-regulation and apply practices that support more positive relationships with students.
The course focuses on teacher wellbeing as a key condition for a safer, more cooperative and more creative learning environment.
Course content
Participants explore basic principles of mindfulness, stress management techniques, positive communication practices and activities that strengthen cooperation in the classroom. The course includes experiential exercises, activities in the natural environment, gentle movement practices and reflection on the teacher's role as a person who supports, inspires and guides learning.

Methodology
The course is experiential and combines short input sessions, workshops, mindfulness exercises, group activities, outdoor learning, reflection and practical applications for the classroom. Participants first experience the activities as adult learners and then explore how these can be adapted to their own educational contexts.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- recognise key stress factors in the school environment,
- apply simple mindfulness and self-regulation techniques,
- improve communication with students,
- manage challenging behaviour more consciously,
- strengthen cooperation and teamwork in the classroom,
- create a more positive and calmer learning climate,
- design small wellbeing practices for implementation in school.
