The project “Give Hope to Vulnerable Social Groups” (2019) was implemented by the European Pathfinders and aimed to empower individuals experiencing social exclusion or belonging to vulnerable social groups through non-formal education, social inclusion activities, and skills development, promoting equality, inclusion, and active participation. Members of the organisation participated in training seminars in Italy and Azores.
The project “Team Building, Mentoring and Coaching in Adult Education” was implemented in 2020 within the framework of Erasmus+ KA1 by the European Pathfinders and aimed to strengthen the skills of collaboration, guidance, and professional development of adult educators. Through experiential learning, participants developed competencies in effective teamwork, supportive mentoring, and systematic coaching approaches, with the aim of improving the quality of adult education. The project promoted the empowerment of educators, the exchange of good practices, and the creation of collaborative networks at European level, contributing to continuous professional development and enhancing the effectiveness of educational organisations.
EVROPEI IHNILATES can facilitate and support the implementation of Job Shadowing, Teaching Assignments and Invited Experts activities under the Erasmus+ Programme.
Through its extensive network of partnerships with Greek schools of all types and educational levels (pre-primary, primary, secondary, vocational education and training, adult education, and special education), the Association is able to identify and coordinate suitable host institutions according to the objectives and needs of each mobility project.
