KA104 - Give hope to vulnerable groups

The project “Give Hope to Vulnerable Social Groups”, implemented in 2019 by the European Pathfinders Association, aimed to empower individuals experiencing social exclusion or belonging to vulnerable social groups through non-formal education, social inclusion initiatives, and skills development activities. The project promoted equality, inclusion, active citizenship, and lifelong learning by providing participants with opportunities for personal and professional growth. At the same time, it strengthened cooperation with local and European organisations, contributing to the creation of a more inclusive society in which every individual had the opportunity to develop their potential and participate actively in community life.
