This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected through europeanpathfinders.org, the purpose of the processing, where data is stored and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereafter GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

What data we collect
We collect data only when you voluntarily provide it through the contact form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Organisation (optional)
- Type of enquiry
- Related programme, if you select a question about a specific programme
- Your message
We do not use cookies, we do not run analytics tools and we do not track your browsing.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data in order to respond to the enquiry you submitted, inform you about the association’s programmes and activities, and discuss any potential partnership.
The legal basis for the processing is:
- The legitimate interest of the association in responding to the contact enquiries it receives (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legitimate interest consists in replying to the request you submitted yourself.
- The taking of steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), where your enquiry relates to pre-contractual communication, such as a partnership proposal or a question about taking part in an educational programme.
Where data is stored
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), acting as a data processor on our behalf, which forwards the messages to us. Formspree holds a SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Any transfer of data outside the EEA is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Formspree’s Privacy Policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Retention period
Messages are retained for as long as necessary to complete the communication and for a reasonable period afterwards, with a maximum of twelve months, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them longer or an ongoing partnership.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing, under Article 21 GDPR, where the processing is based on legitimate interest
