European Pathfinders' educational programmes are designed for adults who need practical knowledge, support in their daily lives, access to essential services, social empowerment and new opportunities for participation.

Each programme has a clear educational purpose, a specific duration, practical activities and learning outcomes that can be applied in participants' personal, social and professional lives.

Upon completion of each programme, participants receive a certificate of attendance from the association, which records the theme, duration and main learning units.

The certificate of attendance is not a state-recognised qualification or academic credential.

The five programmes form a coherent axis of adult education. They do not function as isolated actions, but as a foundation for enhancing the quality of educational interventions and the strategic development of the association in the field of lifelong learning.

The programmes are connected through three core development axes:

  1. Digital inclusion and access to services

Particularly through programmes for Roma adults, older adults and people with disabilities.

  2. Health, well-being and quality of life

Through programmes on active ageing, healthy nutrition and emotional empowerment.

  3. Social and professional participation

Through activities that strengthen autonomy, self-confidence, access to employment and the participation of people who face barriers in education, employment and everyday life.
